Your uterus is becoming soft and there is a thickening of your cervical mucous. Your baby’s tiny face is starting to take shape.

Dos and Don’ts

  • Try having small frequent meals.
  • Try to relax and do simple exercises such as walking, swimming etc.
  • Drink plenty of fluid in the day time.
  • Don’t do strenuous activities and rest well.
