Your cervix is becoming soft and ripe in preparation for labour. Your bladder is under more pressure. By now you know the signs of labour. If you experience any of them contact your doctor.

Your baby

The baby’s immune system is not fully functional and will depend on the mother’s immunity through breastmilk for six months.

Dos and Don’ts

  • Keep a watch on the baby’s movement.
  • Be ready for labour.
