Week 29 of fetal development
You may notice some breast discharge or early milk. This means your breasts are preparing for early breast-feeding. This is a sticky, watery substance that will provide your baby’s first food known as colostrum. Colostrum precedes the normal milk supply. Your uterus is becoming much bigger and now starts to exert pressure on your internal organs.
Your baby
Your baby weighs around 1250 gm now. The baby is moving her eyes around as if looking at things, and also helping in milk production indirectly.
Dos and Don’ts
Don’t get alarmed if you see breast discharge.
Prepare for labour by doing light exercises including breathing exercises.
