Don’t be surprised if you start having strange mood swings due to the high level of hormones. You will start to gain weight.

Your baby

Your baby is starting to look a little more human now. Week 10 is a landmark for your developing baby. By now the complete body plan of the baby is formed, and for the next six-and-a-half months, continuous cell division and growth will build on this plan. The best news is that by the end of week 10, your baby is out of the danger zone for congenital abnormalities.

Dos and Don’ts

Try having small frequent meals.

Try to relax and do simple exercises such as walking, swimming etc.

Drink plenty of fluid in the day time.

Don’t do strenuous activities and rest well.
